Searching for archive documents with a legal hold

Requirements

You have Query rights.

Procedure

  1. Select a single archive. For more information, see Selecting a single archive.

  2. Click UUID-4e3ac5c8-1574-dc4d-9a36-c31a2d592a82.png Search in metadata on the archive toolbar.

    The Search in metadata dialog will open.

  3. Edit the following data:

    • Metadata field (empty for ID): Enter DoNotDeleteBefore or LegalHoldMarker.

    • Value: Enter an asterisk (*).

  4. Click OK.

    All archive documents with the metadata DoNotDeleteBefore or LegalHoldMarker will be found. These archive documents have a legal hold.
