The menu item Capture is where you can open the subsidiary menu items Classification and Extraction.

In the Classification section, documents can be trained and document classes created. Document classes can be used to build different classification models.

The Extraction section is for functions such as searching for creditors and business partners. The search is customizable. You can define anchor words and search masks to increase the recognition rate of extracted fields.

If the search is unsuccessful, creditor training (Invoice), business partner training (Mailroom), or training of other fields will automatically be activated. The prediction of creditors or business partners, but also individual fields (e.g. invoice number) improves in this way and complements the search.
