Copying text from the image to the form

  1. Open a work item. For more information, see Opening a work item.

    The image of the work item will be displayed in the Document Viewer.

  2. Click dokviewer_menue.png Open viewer menu in the Dokument Viewer toolbar.

  3. Activate the option Select any text.

  4. Navigate to a page in the image. For more information, see Navigating to a page in the image.

  5. Holding down the mouse button, drag the mouse over the text to be adopted.

    The selection will be highlighted in blue.

  6. Drop the selected text in a form field.

    • If the data type of the selected text and the data type of the form field are identical, the selected text will be adopted.

    • If the data types are different from each other, you will receive an error message.

    • If you drag the text into a comment field, the text will be copied without formatting.
