UI elements in the "Work Item Manager" screen

1 | Workflows area | Shows all workflows. The number of work items currently present in a workflow is displayed in brackets after the name of the respective workflow. The number of incorrect work items in a workflow is displayed in brackets after Errors. |
2 | Workflow details area | Shows the individual workflow steps of a selected workflow. The number of work items currently located in a specific workflow step is displayed in brackets after the name of the workflow step. The number of work items with errors in a workflow step is displayed in brackets after Errors. |
3 | Buttons for the work-item list | For more information, see Overview of buttons for the work-item table. |
4 | The work-item list | Shows the individual work items. When you as the administrator click on a specific workflow, only the work items for that workflow will appear in the work-item list. If no workflow is selected, all work items will be displayed. You can open the details of a work item by clicking in the line of the work item, in any column. |
Overview of buttons for the work-item table
Name | Description |

Advanced filter | Opens additional search fields to drill down to specific work items. For more information, see Advanced filtering in the Work Item Manager. |
Refresh | Reloads the work-item table. |
Reset | Transfers the work item to the previous workflow step. |
Purge | Deletes a selected work item permanently. It is no longer possible to recover a work item that has been deleted permantently. |
Delete | Deletes a selected work item. A deleted work item will no longer appear in the users' workplace. To restore a deleted work item, click the Authorize button. |
Authorize | Recovers a deleted work item. The workflow of the recovered work item will restart. |
Remove internal work-item possession | Removes the work-item reservation that was activated when the user opened a work item. |
Details | Opens a detailed log of a selected work item. |
Note
An additional field, Items, is also located in the button bar directly above the work-item table. This field is used for the purposes of restricting the number of work items displayed.
