Button for toggling views

Switches between the views  Users,  Roles, and Default roles.

Name

Description

Create user

Opens the window Create user.

For more information, see Creating a new user.

Edit users

Opens to the user data of a selected user in edit mode.

The following user data can be edited:

  • General user data

  • Absences and substitutes

  • Password

  • Roles

You can also disable the user account.

For more information, see Changing user data for a selected user.

Delete users

Deletes one or more selected user accounts.

For more information, see Deleting a user.

Disable users

Disable one or more selected user accounts.

Enable users

Enables one or more selected user accounts.

Overview of the columns in the "User Management" screen — "Users" view

Name

Description

Select all

Selects all populated lines.

Status

Indicates whether the user account is disabled.

If so, the Schloss_Benutzer_sperren_Helix.png icon will appear on the line.

If you enable the user account, the Schloss_Benutzer_sperren_Helix.png icon will disappear.

User name

Shows user name.

Right-click on the column header of the Name column to open a pop-up window with the following filter and sorting options:

  • Sort in ascending order: sorts the list entries alphabetically starting from "A."

  • Sort descending: sorts list entries alphabetically in starting from "Z."

  • Filter: searches within the column for the free text entered.

Given name

Shows the given name (first name) of the user.

Family name

Shows the family name (last name) of the user.

E-mail address

Shows the e-mail address of the user.
