Copying the value of a relation when creating an archive document

  1. Create an archive document. For more information, see Creating an archive document.

  2. In a relation field such as that for the license plate, click archiv_zauberstab.png Magic wand.

  3. One of the following will apply:

    • The relation occurs in archive documents that are all located in the same archive.

    • The relation occurs in archive documents that are all located in different archives.

      The archives will be listed in a context menu.

      Click on an archive.

    Each archive document is opened in a new tab.

  4. Click on the archive document whose value you want to transfer to the relation, archiv_zauberstab_blau.png Magic wand.

    The associated value, e.g. the license plate number, will be transferred.
