The Fields tab is divided into the following subsections:
The xSuite, IRIS and xSuite WFL field catalogs are included in standard delivery. The IRIS field catalog contains all fields required for IRISXtract document extraction. xSuite WFL contains all fields required for the xSuite365 solution. The xSuite field catalog contains all fields available in xSuite Bus. This also the maximum number of fields that xSuite Bus Prism can process.

The xSuite fields are read-only and cannot be changed. However, it is possible to add additional fields. When they are created, they must be flagged with the prefix Z-. This way, it is possible to generate fields that are not based on any deeper processing logic in the Bus system. For instance, transport fields can be used to transfer a value from System A to System B.
Even if a defined xSuite field is designated as unique and globally usable, it may behave differently in the context of a field catalog. An xSuite field may undergo a validation check based on a validator stored in the field catalog InvoiceLegalRules, whereas the very same field will not initiate any checks in the context of Scan, for instance.
Fields that originate from third parties can be defined without limit.
