| Columns | Opens a list of all available columns. You can select which columns to show or hide and specify the order of the columns. A maximum of 30 columns can be displayed at the same time.

| Restore default sorting | Removes any sorting or categorization that has been set.

| Total | Executes the selected operations for each column selected. Requirement: The flagged columns contain numeric values. The following operations are available: Total, Mean Value, Minimum, and Maximum. The results are displayed at the end of the hit list. |

| Export | Exports the hit list. In the SAP GUI, the following export formats are available: Spreadsheet, Word processing, and Local file. In SAP Fiori, the hit list is exported as an Excel file. |
