The configuration of xSuite Orders is described here. xSuite Orders is for creating and editing, approving and releasing, and posting incoming orders with workflow support.

Numerous customizing settings, user exits and maintenance tables offer options for managing the workflow according to customer needs. Within the workflow, different levels are constantly logged, enabling analysis of the status of all documents in the system at any time.

In contrast to invoice receipt in xSuite Invoice and ordering in xSuite Procurement, xSuite Orders is not defined by company codes, but by sales organizations (VkOrg).
