Adding a tile to the dashboard

  1. Open the dashboard.

  2. Click on prism_archive_kachel_hinzufugen_icon.png Add Tile.

    ➣ A drop-down list will open, showing the tiles available.

  3. Select one of the following tiles:

    • Archive tile

    • Archive logging tile

    • Free disk space

    • Archive statistics tile

    • Private folders

    • Helix migration statistics tile

    • Public folders

    • Groups

    • xSuite Interface 5 Status

    • Web application

    • Archive volume statistics

    ➣ A configuration dialog will open.

  4. Configure the tile.

    Notice

    Configuration options differ from tile to tile.

    Options that remain consistent across all tiles are those defining tile appearance (i.e., text color, background color, and icon).

  5. Click Save.

    ➤ The tile will be added to the dashboard.

    Notice

    Tiles can be reconfigured as often as necessary. To do so, click on the prism_archive_konfig_icon.png Configuration button.

    To completely remove a tile from the dashboard, click on the prism_archive_loschen_icon.png Delete button.
