Order Confirmation Overview: Main Overview in SAP Fiori

The Order Confirmation Overview in SAP Fiori consists of two screens:

  • The search pane:

Search pane

Here, you can set parameters for document searches. The workflow of the documents can be open or closed.

For information on search fields, see Order Confirmation Overview: Search Fields.

Hit list

All documents that match the search criteria are displayed here.

You can change the column selection with the button fiori_icon_einstellungen.png Columns.

In the State column, the status of a work item is displayed. For more information, see Order Confirmation Overview: Status of Work Items.

For information on the buttons in the hit list, see Order Confirmation Overview: Buttons.

You can save the display of the hit list as a view, see Views in SAP Fiori.

Views in SAP Fiori

Clicking on the name of the current view will open the My Views dialog.

Button

Description

Save

Saves the changes made to the current view.

This button is only displayed if the current view has been changed and it is a custom view.

Save as

Saves the changes made to the current view as a new view.

Click on the button to open the dialog Save View.

You can make the following settings:

  • View: Unique name for the view

  • Set as default: If this checkbox is activated, the view will be used as a default view.

  • Public: If this checkbox is activated, the view will be saved as a public view.

    If this checkbox is disabled or the checkbox is not displayed, the view will be saved as a private view.

    Note: Display of this checkbox can be enabled or disabled by the administrator.

  • Save: Saves the view.

  • Cancel: Cancels the operation.

Manage

Opens the dialog Manage Views.

All available views can be managed in this dialog.

Column

Description

Favorites

Shows one of the following icons:

fiori_icon_stern_blau.png – The view is marked as a favorite.

fiori_icon_stern_weiss.png – The view is not marked as a favorite.

To change the favorite status, click on the icon.

Only views marked as favorites are displayed in the selection dialog My Views.

View

Shows the name of a view.

You can rename your views.

The name of the view Standard and the names of views created by other users cannot be edited.

Sharing

Indicates whether a view is public or private.

This column is only displayed if there are public views as well as private ones.

The following view types are available:

  • Standard: View available for all users

    This view cannot be deleted, changed or renamed by any user.

  • Private: Views that each user can create

    Private variants are available only to the user who created them. The user can overwrite, rename, or delete a private view.

  • Public: Views that can be created only by users who have the xSuite user attribute WEB_GLOBAL_VARIANTS with the value X

    Public views can be used by all users.

    Only users who have the xSuite user attribute WEB_GLOBAL_VARIANTS with the X and have created the public view can change, rename or delete this public view.

Default

Indicates whether a view is marked as default.

By changing the selected radio button, the default view can be changed.

The default view is called automatically when the application is launched. For each user, one single view is always marked as the default view.

Created by

Shows the name of the user who created the view.

Delete

Shows the icon fiori_icon_tabelle_entfernen.png.

This icon can be used to delete your own view.

Search pane

Here, you can set parameters for document searches. The workflow of the documents can be open or closed.

The same search fields are available as in the Order Confirmation Overview in SAP GUI. For more information, see Order Confirmation Overview: Search Fields.

The button 13684_Ausfuehren.png Execute starts the search.

The button web_einausblenden.png Minimize/Maximize minimizes or maximizes the search area.

Views

Buttons

With the buttons in the Order Confirmation Overview, the user can execute a function for several selected work items at the same time. For more information, see Order Confirmation Overview: Buttons.

Column Status

This is where the status of a work item is indicated. For more information, see Order Confirmation Overview: Status of Work Items.

Hit list

All documents that match the search criteria are displayed here.

You can change column selection with the button web_einstellungen.png Settings.

Views in xSuite Web

Clicking on the name of the current view will open the My Views dialog.

Button

Description

Save

Saves the changes made to the current view.

This button is only displayed if the current view has been changed and it is a custom view.

Save as

Saves the changes made to the current view as a new view.

Click on the button to open the dialog Save View.
