Order Confirmation Overview: Search Fields

Description

Document status

Show running xSuite documents

Determines whether documents that are still in the workflow are to be searched for.

Show completed xSuite documents

Determines whether documents that have gone through the workflow are to be searched for.

A document qualifies as completed when it has been posted.

Selection

Interface Appl.

Determines whether to search for documents of the type Confirmation.

Select an application such as XF_CONFIRM.

Record

Searches documents by record number.

Created on

Searches documents by the date on which the associated purchase order was created.

Created by

Searches documents by the user that created the respective purchase order for a given document.

Supplier

Searches documents by vendor number.

Purchasing doc.

Searches documents by the purchasing document number of the SAP purchase order.

Order Acknowl.

Searches documents by the vendor's order confirmation number number.

Purchasing org.

Searches documents by purchasing organization.

Pur. group

Searches documents by purchasing group.

Company Code

Searches documents by company code.

Option

Line items

Determines whether each PO item in a document is displayed in a separate row.

Line item

Searches documents according to the item numbers of their PO items.

Workflow Information

Current agent

Searches documents by the user that last accepted or edited the documents as work items.

Involved agent

Searches documents by users that are responsible for the workflow task in which the documents are located.

Which user is responsible for which workflow tasks is defined in agent determination.

Task

Searches documents by the ID of the workflow task in which the documents are located.

Role

Searches documents by the role of the workflow task in which the documents are located.

Display processing times

Current processing time

Determines whether the current processing time – i.e., the length of time that a document has remained in the current workflow task – is displayed in the hit list.

Total processing time

Determines whether to display the total length of time a document has remained in a workflow from the time it was created.

Note: Checking the boxes will cause the data retrieval to take longer than it would without compiling this specific data.

Due to browser limitations, a timeout may occur. In this case, an error message is displayed.

Max. number of hits

Max. number of hits

Sets the maximum number of hits to display in the hit list.

Note: This field is only available in SAP Fiori.
