The "Statistics" Tab
The Statistics tab displays graphical summaries of the batches and documents in the administration database of the selected tenant. The number of documents or batches that are in a certain processing status and that belong to a certain scenario is displayed here, as well as the average processing times of the documents per work step and scenario.
Toolbar
When filtering for the elements to be included in the statistics, use the toolbar.
The following options are available in the menu bar of the Statistics area:

| Reloads the data with the currently set filter. | |
Per document / per batch | Controls whether the data is evaluated at batch level or document level. This distinction might be important in practice if, for example, documents are dynamically assigned to a different scenario via configuration than the scenario through which the higher-level batch was originally read in. The distinction is also relevant if the finalization time of the batch is also to be included in the processing times, while processing at document level ends with the last output step. In the "Process" and "Output" steps, a distinction is made between the waiting time until it is a document's turn in the respective step and the actual processing time in the respective step. Only the total time is available for the finalization time of the batches. | |
Period | Defines a time period via a start date and an end date. Documents that were created or changed during this period are included in the evaluation. The creation date and the last modification date of the batches or documents are relevant here. By default, a lower limit of one week is already set. Internal processing can be time-consuming, depending on the number of data records. | |
Scenarios | Defines the processing scenarios that are included in the evaluation. By default, all scenarios are included in the evaluation. |
