The "File View" Tab
A preview of the file is displayed in the File view tab. The prerequisite for this is that page-wise generation of previewed images is supported for the file type. If this view was open when the file was added and the file is selected in the tree, the previewed images will be displayed automatically in the file view. Alternatively, a page node can be selected to display the respective page.
Notice
If the Web Scan is activated, you can hold down the Alt key and draw a frame around the barcode or any text. The barcode or text will be inserted into the selected field.
Buttons
The following buttons are available in the file view toolbar:

| Zooms out by a fixed percentage. | |
| Zooms in by a fixed percentage. In the previewed image, you can drag a frame with the mouse to enlarge it. | |
| Scales the display to the original size of the previewed image. | |
| Activates or deactivates a mode for automatically scaling the display to the width of the display area. | |
| Activates or deactivates a mode for automatically scaling the display to the height of the display area. |
The following buttons for navigating within the pages are available in the footer of the document view:
