xSuite Orders Summary: Search Fields

Document

Process ID

The process ID is assigned by xSuite.

The purpose of a process ID is to identify a document throughout the process of workflow-supported document approval.

Sales Document

Restricts results to data from the sales document number.

Sales Doc. Type

Restricts results to data of one or more document types, such as KR (credit memo request).

Customer

Restricts results to data of one or more customers.

Document Date

Restricts results to data from a certain period of time based on the document date.

Sales group

Restricts results to data based on a selected sales group.

Sales Org.

Restricts results to data based on a selected sales organization.

Created by

Restricts results to data based on the username entered.

Document status

Show running xSuite processes

Defines that data is displayed for documents entered.

Show completed xSuite processes

Specifies that the data of posted and cancelled documents is displayed.

Include items

Specifies that only documents with the specified characteristics are displayed at the item level, e.g. with a specific material.

Number of displ. top customers

Sets the number of top customers that will be displayed in the summary. The maximum value that the user can enter in the selection view is 999.

Workflow information

Agent

Defines the SAP name of the last user that accepted (reserved) or processed the work item.

Display processing times

Current processing time

Defines that the current processing time will be displayed when going straight to the Sales Document Overview.

To access the Sales Document Overview directly, click SD Orders total in the area Number and average duration of documents.

Total processing time

Defines that the complete lead time is displayed.
