  • Data enrichment is in progress. An example would be document extraction with OCR.

  • The document is locked.

  • The document cannot be edited.

Unspecified

  • Document extraction was successful, document extraction was aborted (But‍ton Cancel data extraction fiori_tabelle_extraktion.png (SAP Fiori) / extraktionAbbrechen.png (SAP GUI)) or the document was created manually.

  • The document is in the validation step.

  • The document can be processed in the Sales Document Monitor, provided the document status is Error fiori_belegstatus_fehler.png (SAP Fiori) / belegstatus_rot.png (SAP GUI) or Warning fiori_belegstatus_warnung.png (SAP Fiori) / belegstatus_gelb.png (SAP GUI).

In the workflow

  • The document has been directed to the workflow.

  • The document cannot be edited in the Sales Document Monitor.

  • Provided that the document status is Error  fiori_belegstatus_fehler.png (SAP Fiori) / belegstatus_rot.png (SAP GUI) or Warning fiori_belegstatus_warnung.png (SAP Fiori) / belegstatus_gelb.png (SAP GUI) the document can be processed in the Sales Documemt Monitor.
