A document with this document status only contains values in individual columns such as the following: Status, Record, RT, CoCode, Scan date and Scan user. The other columns will be filled when the data enrichment has been completed.
Error
The document is in the validation step or in the workflow.
The mandatory field check found at least one error.
The document can be edited but not posted.
Warning
The document is in the validation step or in the workflow.
The document has at least one PO item. None of the PO items are incorrect.
The document can be processed.
Completed
The validation of the document is complete.
Deleted
The document has been flagged for deletion.
The document can be viewed but can no longer be edited.
Once set, the deletion flag cannot be removed. Deleted documents can only be reactivated (Sales Document Monitor → button Reaktivieren / ).
