Refresh

Refreshes the hit list.

Show agents (SAP Fiori) / Show agent(s) (SAP GUI und xSuite Web):

Displays the users who, based on their role, are responsible for processing the workflow task and thus the work item as well.

Which user is responsible for which workflow tasks is defined in agent determination.

The button will only appear if the work item has not been reserved by another user ins SAP Fiori and xSuite Web.

Forward

Forward:

Forwards the work item to another user and leaves the workflow step open if the status of the work item is READY.

Choose from the following options: all users who are assigned to a role corresponding to the workflow task via the xSuite user management.

The mass-change function in the Order Book / Sales Document Overview allows simultaneous execution of an action for multiple selected documents.

A minimum of one line must be selected. Default settings allow a maximum of 100 lines to be selected simultaneously.

Execute work item:

Opens the work item and reserves it for the user if the status of the work item is READY and the user is entered in agent determination for the workflow task.
