Agent determination
Agent determination involves establishing rules for automatically determining which users are responsible for a workflow task during the workflow. In agent determination, you create an entry for each rule.
Caution
Always ensure that agent determination contains at least one entry. Without any entries, invoices cannot be processed in the workflow or changed by agents.
