Since Version S/4HANA 1909, the value-based distribution of purchase order account assignments has been part of the SAP standard. The xSuite Cube Business Solutions now also support this function, both in the Invoice Monitor and in the MM workflow (/WMD/XF_LO) and the XI workflow (/WMD/XF_XI).

Now, in case of value-based distribution (field EKPO-VRTKZ = 3), there are no quantities either in table RBCO or in /WMD/FP_IVPA. Also, no account assignment quantities may be passed to BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE.

In the RSEG table and now in the /WMD/FP_IVPO table as well, only the total quantity of the respective item can be found.

In the xSuite workflow, where a single line is displayed per account assignment item, this total quantity is now once again distributed to the individual account assignment lines. The distribution is made proportionally according to the distribution key for the amount from the order. The total quantity is cumulated again when it is transferred to the business application program interface (BAPI).
