xSuite Business Partner Portal User Guide (Customer) (Beta Version)

Add user

  1. In the dashboard, click User On-/Offboarding.

  2. The user administration opens.

  3. Click Add.

  4. The Add user dialog opens.

  5. Enter the e-mail address.

  6. Enter the first name.

  7. Enter the last name.

  8. Select a user type.

    • New Business Partner

    • Existing Business Partner – Business partner exists in connected SAP system.

    • Customer User (not business partner)

  9. Assign a business partner, if required.

  10. Assign a business partner name if requested.

  11. Assign at least one role to the user.

  12. Click OK.
